Onni SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms:
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Onni (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or “subscriber”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our SMS messaging program.

2. Consent to Receive SMS Messages:

• You expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Onni at the mobile phone number you provided.
• You confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided.
• You understand that your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Purpose of SMS Messages:

• You agree that Onni may send you SMS messages related to conversational messages, status updates, and appointment reminders, as well as other relevant communications related to your interactions with Onni.

• Message frequency may vary, and you may receive messages weekly or as needed based on your interactions with us.

4. Opt-Out Instructions:

• You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from Onni.

• Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will remove your mobile phone number from our SMS messaging list.

5. Message and Data Rates:

• You acknowledge that standard message and data rates may apply to each SMS message sent or received, as provided by your mobile carrier.
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier.

6. Privacy:

• We will not sell or rent your mobile phone number to any third party for their marketing purposes.

• California residents have the right to access and request deletion of their personal information collected through SMS by contacting us at admin@onniei.com.
